Hélène has extensive experience in advising listed companies on financial communication, corporate governance, and sustainability matters, working closely with executive management teams. She has a background in banking and financial markets as well as the Swedish Government Offices, and has many years of board experience from both state-owned and publicly listed companies. She is certified in Investor Relations (CIRO) and also holds the ECFM certification (European Certified Financial Manager, through EFFAS).
